We purchased a smart Skoda Octavia from MB Cars. We purchased the extra warranty to cover 12 months and the car developed a fault after 10 months which was partly covered by the warranty. MB cars were very helpful and took the car back in, sorted the problem and dealt with the warranty company for us. As the fault (water pump) was related to something that had been fixed for us as part of the deal when we purchased it, MB cars graciously paid the remainder of the fee to fix it. Excellent customer service from Meer the proprietor. Would recommend and use again although I think this car will last us a while. I understand that Meer uses a different warranty company now which are better than warranty wise who we used. So this should give extra reassurance that you are buying from a car sales company that cares about after care.

The car itself is fantastic and was well prepared for sale. There were minor issues with wing mirror which is in process to be dealt with. Overall I would recommend MB Cars for excellent cars.

I would recommend MB Cars in Norwich as our personal experience buying a car from them has been excellent. From the start MB were really helpful and there was no pushy sales patter. This is a well run business selling good quality cars with a nice friendly approach. I can also confirm that the after sales customer care is superb. As whilst we were very happy with the car there was a small issue with the cruise control not working and MB arranged to have this both diagnosed and fixed at the local dealership with no additional cost to us. MB could not have been more helpful, courteous and keen to resolve this for us. My rating of 5 stars is well earned and I would definitely return to MB in the future when looking for a new second hand car for the customer service alone.

Well what can I say about MBcars only the truth I feel , This place has outstanding after sales , When you buy a car from a small business and pay quite a lot of money for it you do have worries about what happens a few months down the road, Well rest assured that if the owner Meer can help you he will go way out of his way to do so, I am speaking from personal experience my car had a broken coolant housing and I had to pull over I called Meer who not only got the problem solved but came out to escort us back to the garage how many car dealerships would go to that length, He kept me apprised all the way through the repairs so there it is the TRUTH, would absolutely recommend this dealership to any of my friends knowing they will be looked after. If there were 6 stars he would get them.

Recently purchased a car from MB Car Sales and the customer service was second to none! The car is top quality, the price was highly competitive and the proprietor went above and beyond to make it a smooth and enjoyable experience. The car was newly serviced and valeted prior to my arrival for collection and new tyres were fitted despite them having a lot of wear left in them! The car is pristine and runs like a dream. I was made to feel very welcome and the staff took the time to go through all of the paperwork and warranty etc with me to ensure I left not only feeling satisfied with my purchase but also fully equipped should I need to use the warranty or breakdown service that was all added on for free! I was given a lift to the post office to tax my new car before driving it away and the car had even been filled up more than enough to get me home (and probably back again!) The whole experience was by far the best I've had from the many dealerships I've used! I would highly recommend
